You are undoubtedly here because you want to become the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. You are looking for a little bit of motivation, some coaching tips and the knowledge you need to bring about positive change.

We all have an innate desire to improve ourselves. There’s a good side to us and a not so good side. There’s definitely a side of me that I prefer. The side that gets me out of bed early, feeling grateful for a new day and the sunshine coming through the blinds. The side that sees me starting my day in the gym, doing a good hard, kick ass workout. Then focusing myself on making the difference, inspiring others through my writing, and my coaching.

I’m sure that you guys will have a side of you that you prefer. Just take one second to think about who that side of you is and what it is that you do that makes you happiest and how you could potentially get to that point every day. Who are you when you’re being the best version of yourself?

One of the most unique and powerful gifts we all have is to improve ourselves every day, in every way. It is the ultimate opportunity to have the emotional, intellectual and physical faculties to identify and execute change. And it pays huge dividends, in both our personal and professional lives.

This takes a lot of hard work. It often means you have to get out of your comfort zone. No more idling through, doing just enough. That’s not the you that you want to be.

Every day you should be asking yourself “Did I give it my all? Could I have done more?”

You need to be intentional. An intention is idea that you plan (or intend) to carry out. If you mean something, it’s an intention. Your goal, purpose, or aim is your intention. Your intention, every day, must be to become or be the best version of yourself.

It’s so easy to just get by. It’s so easy to let life happen and just spend our time reacting instead of acting. Stepping outside of your comfort zone makes you feel alive and boosts your confidence. It’s a way of growing because it’s never too late to become the best version of yourself.

It’s time for you to be intentional and do things on purpose. Remember why this is important. Things will not happen for you in life; you have to make things happen.

Be the best version of yourself! Make this the challenge you set yourself at the beginning of every week. Set out with the conscious intention of putting your best into everything you do. Be the best you can – always! Make every moment count.

How ever old you are or successful your life may be, you can still be the best version of yourself as creation had intended. Now act on it to become that person.
