The America’s Cup sailing event in 2013 witnessed one of the most remarkable comebacks in sporting history. Oracle Team USA, with our great Team GB Olympian Sir Ben Ainslie on board as tactician, completed one of the most remarkable sporting comebacks of all time beating Emirates Team New Zealand by 44 seconds in their winner-takes-all finale in San Francisco. Oracle Team USA were docked two points even before the America’s Cup started, before then falling 8-1 behind, but an unbelievable run saw them clinch the winner on this final race.
