Have you forgotten that entrepreneurs don’t play small. Too many entrepreneurs are so stuck in a rut that they do not believe they can turn things around, but maybe they’ve lost sight of those big goals that drove them to start up their business in the first place. .
Another long day. Neil, my business partner and I spent virtually the whole day brainstorming. It makes a break not spending all those hours on my laptop working away at my blog. Anyone that reads me on a regular basis knows how much I love what I do, but every now and again it is good to do things differently.
There can be nothing better to put your head together with someone on the same wavelength as you and throw about ideas. One thing that can be said about both of us is that we don’t play it small. Playing it small is not who we are!
We have a motto “Life is too short to wake up with regrets.”
Too many entrepreneurs just get so caught up in the daily whirlwind that they lose sight of the realities of their business. It doesn’t have to be this way. It pays to step back and do what we do, and brainstorm as a team on a regular basis. When you do you ensure you are sticking to your strategy, keeping your eye on your action plan, and remembering this key philosophy that entrepreneurs don’t play small.
Entrepreneurs also think differently. They see things that others don’t. They feel compelled to make stuff happen, often simply because they see something that doesn’t exist yet—and want to bring it about, make it a reality from their work. We trust their instincts.
“Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.” Marianne Williamson
Every day we both make sure we do something to move things forward. Moving towards our dream. We believe in going for it, pursuing our dreams definitely not playing small.
We all have dreams of doing brilliant things with our lives. We keep our dreams alive by believing in them and pursuing them whole-heartedly, which does involve many days of working extremely long hours. You have to be prepared to put the time and patience into things you believe.
We do it because we are incredibly focused on progressing forward to pursue the things we want in our life.
We also know many things about online business. Let me share one key with you today, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, then create, develop, and market a product or service that customers really need or want. That may sound simple, but it will make a world of difference to your business.
The one thing we can tell anyone is you have to show persistence and determination in pursuit of your dream.
Would I recommend starting your own business and starting on an entrepreneurial journey? I would answer this with a definite “yes” as it allows you the opportunity to do your own thing, do what you’re passionate about, create your income as well as your perfect lifestyle.
But go for it no matter what.
Let me ask you a question about the dreams you have. Would you rather pursue them and fail or never try at all? For me, I’d rather try and fail. I don’t want to leave things wondering what might have been. I just don’t want to look back on my life when I’m 80 and realize I never even tried. I never forget entrepreneurs don’t play small.
What is stopping you from pursuing your passion?
