One thing that I love about what I do, is that I can chill out in a coffee shop, surrounded by interesting people, listening to relaxing music, and getting a ton of work done while enjoying one or two cups of my favourite beverage.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t spend all day their. Maybe an hour and a half. It’s a good get away from my normal surroundings. A great place to get my blogs published. I don’t write them their, but I do all the technical stuff.
Normally, my day starts off with me going to the gym and getting my workout done. Following my breakfast I get on to my laptop and work until I’m able to complete my post for this blog, an article for my Healthy Lifestyles Living website, together with a Podcast or two.
You cannot overemphasize the importance of time and energy when you are trying to run your own business or simply be productive. So at that point, I change environments and nip down to my local coffee shop. To inspire me and motivate me for the rest of the day.
The rest of my day is blocked off for marketing and creation, with maybe a couple of hours talking to members of my team. I throw in to the mix, 3 days a week Webinars I take, and I still do 1-2-1 coaching so there’s time I have to spend doing that. Perhaps that is why I do enjoy my early morning schedule because that allows me to get more done. You’ll find that you’ll get “2 hours of afternoon work” done in 30 minutes of morning productivity.
You know one of the most important things you can do for yourself is plan each of your days thoroughly. The very last thing you should do every night is to prepare a schedule/checklist for the next day’s work. For example, tomorrow, Tuesday here is my schedule.

Some people say I try to do too much. I am a blogger, and have 3 main sites to write for. An e-commerce entrepreneur with two shops to look after. I am an online business building coach as well as a part time gym instructor. I best not forget my personal development coaching business either, nor my energy for living course.
The truth is I have a huge level of energy. I love being busy. And I love what I do.
If you’re asking yourself “Why do I feel so tired and run down?” I really do suggest you check out an old, popular article of mine http://www.healthylifestylesliving.com/balance-the-body/diet/10-foods-to-boost-energy/. Although at the moment my current course is in progress, ,we will be starting a new one soon. So after checking out my article you can put your name down for information about the next course.
