We are all are gifted with different talents and abilities and when you go through life with a steely determination to achieve your dreams with a never give up attitude you are giving yourself the best chance to succeed.
My journey has taken me through many highs and lows. The lows at times have been very debilitating, and I have my Never Give Up attitude to thank for everything I have been able to achieve, because without it, I would not have found the strength to get through the crises I faced.
I intend to give an account of my journey through this blog in the next month or so, and show why I am such an advocate of the never give up message. Then I hope to be able to help some of those struggling who need the encouragement to never give up. I intend building a resource that will help others succeed after disasters like I have been able to do.
I have no doubts that there are millions of people in this world who are desperate for support, lost in a sea of doubts and fears. It is primarily to these people that I am aiming these messages, giving hope in their dark times.
Today I’d like to share with you five inspiring films that you need to watch to be inspired to keep moving forward and know within your mind that giving up isn’t an option.

The original Rocky Movie
Rocky is one of the most inspiring movies portraying The “Never give up” Message. This is the story about a small-time boxer going nowhere in life who gets one good chance in life, to fight against heavyweight box champion of the world.

The Karate Kid
Not only did this make Bonsai trees famous, but it follows the story of a teenage boy finding his way in life, supported by an unusual mentor who finds a passion for karate and uses this to grow and develop and overcome obstacles that get in his way.

Here we see that determination, hard work and belief will see you through to fulfilling your potential and achieving your dreams.

Pursuit of Happyness
This is the portrayal of the life of a man who went from living on the street to a hugely successful business man. This is a true story and an inspiration to us all.
A film I thought I’d hate in fact proved truly inspiring.
Facing the Giants
A high school football coach facing a terrible losing record, a car that’s breaking down, people trying to get him sacked, and unable to conceive a baby with his wife manages to turn it all around and goes on to win the state championship.
For a little bonus watch this to hear one of my favourite quotes, “Never Give Up. Never Surrender!” Not from the original source but a movie called Galaxy Quest.
