I love working online. It gives me a kind of freedom. But it’s all held together for me by the vision I have for my business and my life. A vision is the big picture of where you want to go. You need to have a vision, otherwise you won’t be motivated, and you won’t have a clear direction for your business, and you may find it doesn’t match to where you want to be in your life.
Whatever your vision is, you need goals and plans to go along with it.
When your vision is ultimately compelling no matter what challenges you encounter along the way, you have the power, the skills, and the heart to turn anything you dream about, into reality.
My vision comes from going within myself and asking powerful questions. For example:
What do I want to create for my life?
Let me ask you a question to help you find your vision:
If you had the energy again like you were a little kid and the journey had just begun, what would you be excited to tackle?
Come on dig deep, try this question, what is it that would get you up early and keep you up late at night?
Come on, keep going.
What would your life be about? What does that vision look like?
If you had no fear of moving forward, what would you do in your life? What challenges might you be excited to overcome?
What do you want to contribute to your own life and the lives of others?
If you knew you could have it any way you want it, what would you really want for your life? What do you want to give, create, be, feel, or share?
I hate it when people waste their precious time. Without a completed motivating vision you have nothing and will get nowhere. There are no doubts that there are an awful lot of people wasting time on line. They don’t mean to. They’re not playing games, spending time in chat rooms or doing any of those completely waste of time activities. In fact they’re very focused on doing things they believe will help them build a business and make money online.
The problem is they don’t know what it is they should be doing to get the most impact, to create the type of results they want.
I’m working alongside someone at the moment. She’s a brilliant networker. What she doesn’t know about social networking isn’t worth knowing. She’s got a fantastic following, who are fascinated by what she has to say. And boy has she got a lot to say. She’s a fantastic conversationalist and can get anybody talking. There’s only one problem she has no end in sight.
There’s no doubts she’s in an important arena if you’re wanting to build a business online. After all the average Internet user spends somewhere like 80% of his or her Internet time on social media sites.
Social media offers a truly large mass of engaged consumers who are willing to participate, share and spread the word about the people and companies they like. Now that must be any marketers dream.
But it isn’t enough to get them engaged and have nothing to offer them. I already said I love working online but it’s essential for me to have an achievable business goal that enables me to do this. My mission is to help other people to make the difference. That means I don’t have to hide what it is I offer, in fact I can be proud of it, as should anyone engaged in building a business online as long as you are doing something you both have a passion for and you genuinely believe helps other people.
For you not to waste time online you need to build a real business.
So to me everyone who wants to spend their time online needs to do the following:

Now youre ready to create and deliver engaging social media content. Social media execution can be daunting, but with a proper plan it is doable and can drive awesome results.
I’m going to help this lady build her online business, because every outstanding person that managed to achieve greatness has had a good coach who helped them and guided them to where they wanted to go.
The great thing is once this lady does it for herself, with her network and existing skills she’s going to be able to teach so many others how to do it for themselves. She will then save so many people from wasting time online. She’ll become the real knowledgeable IT Girl!
