I will start this post on Leadership Quotes with a definition of leadership that has stuck with me : Leaders are “people who leave their footprints in their areas of passion.”
To be successful, you must have both a passion for improving your organization and the capability to drive your efforts through to completion.
It certainly is possible to unite someone who likes to change things with someone who prefers to manage stability. In fact, the most effective teams have one person who constantly pushes the limits and another who constantly ensures that the organization doesn’t blow up.
That’s Neil and me. Both sitting on opposing poles, but together we’re pretty dam good.
With the fact that i am very comfortable being the front man, he is equally happy running everything in the background.Without each other things just wouldn’t be the same.
We continuously strive to deliver consistently good results, meet objectives, and we’re forever “tuning up” our business We both know success involves skill, capacity, and teamwork. We also know that to become great leaders we must first be able to lead ourselves.
So rather than working hard on our blogs, today I suggest Neil and I consider leadership. And how better could we do that then read and consider the following quotations on leadership.
